First C.M.E. Church

Welcome to First CME Church where the members and visitors come expecting a fresh encounter with God through His word. The family of First CME provides a place to grow and mature in the Christian life, free from the hype and emotional hysteria that has invaded the Christian worship experience.

Our Connectional Theme for 2006-2010 is "From Good to Great...the Jesus Challenge!" the scriptural challenge is taken from St. Matthews 28:16-20. First CME will realize this theme, using seven principles towards excellence or greatness in Christ. They are: Revival, Restoration, Reconciliation, Redidication, Rebuilding, Renewal and Rejoicing which is celebration.
